Kingfisher is a snug two-storey cottage. This cottage provides a lovely view across the River Torridge and nearby fields, and the Mill.  In addition to a well-equipped fitted kitchen on the ground floor there is a cosey lounge/diner with an electric ‘log burner’.  The upper floor comprises of:

• a double bedroom (sleeps 2)
• a single bedroom (sleeps 1)
• a good sized bathroom with over–bath shower, a toilet and vanity unit.
