Mill Pool is a comfortable two storey property which originally formed part of the Saw Mill and overlooks the original ‘Mill Pool’ where barges used to turn around when the old Rolle Canal was still in existence. The front door opens onto the main garden at Town Mills and the cottage is located alongside the leat that provided the water for the waterwheels. It has a spacious living room with views of the original waterwheel that powered the next door ‘Grain Mill’.

Mill Pool has:

• A well-equipped open plan fitted kitchen/dining area. Please note that the ceiling height is low in the kitchen/diner and lounge area.
• There is one double bedroom (sleeps 2) with an en-suite over the bath shower room, a toilet, and a sink unit.
• One single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with over-the-bath shower, toilet and sink unit.
• In addition the small bunk bedroom provides cosy sleeping for two children (up to the age of 14 years old due to the bunk beds)
